Rothman & Associates was established by founding partner David Rothman, who investigated and prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, including drugs, sexual battery, homicide, economic crime, and one of the largest racketeering prosecutions ever brought in the state of Florida. Using the broad and extraordinary experience he gained as a prosecutor, he founded a firm dedicated solely to criminal defense, offering clients the most powerful representation he is able.
