Rothman & Associates, P.A. is located in Suite 2770, on the 27th Floor of the Wachovia Financial Center, in Downtown Miami, on Biscayne Bay at the Southern tip of Biscayne Boulevard.

FROM THE NORTH

Travel south on I-95, past SR 836, and exit left at the Downtown Miami exit. Take the Biscayne Blvd (right prong of the fork) and, once past the fork, move to the far left. Proceed through two traffic lights and then stay to the left as you follow the hard left curve of the road. Once past the curve, the office building is on the left, then the parking garage. Enter the parking garage, make sure to note the level where you have parked so you can find your car later and take the garage elevator to the lobby level. Walk across the foot bridge and go to the bank of elevators for the 27th Floor.

FROM THE SOUTH

Travel north on I-95, past the SW 8th Street exit and exit on the right for Downtown Miami. Move (carefully) to the far left of the three lane exit. Proceed through two traffic lights and then stay to the left as you follow the hard left curve of the road. Once past the curve, the office building is on the left, then the parking garage. Enter the parking garage, make sure to note the level where you have parked so you can find your car later and take the garage elevator to the lobby level. Walk across the foot bridge and go to the bank of elevators for the 27th Floor.

FROM THE WEST

Go east on SR 836, past the toll booths and exit on I-95 South (on the right). Stay to the left of the exit and merge to the left. Exit left at the Downtown Miami exit. Take the Biscayne Blvd (right prong of the fork) and, once past the fork, move to the far left. Proceed through two traffic lights and then stay to the left as you follow the hard left curve of the road. Once past the curve, the office building is on the left, then the parking garage. FROM THE EAST

Go west on I-395 (SR 836) and exit on Biscayne Blvd South. Travel south, past the American Airlines Arena, stay in the left lane and follow Biscayne Blvd as it curves to the right (west). The garage for our building is the first left after the curve. Enter the parking garage, make sure to note the level where you have parked so you can find your car later and take the garage elevator to the lobby level. Walk across the foot bridge and go to the bank of elevators for the 27th Floor.
